As the snow melts and temperatures rise, your lawn is ready to wake up and start growing again, bringing with it bright green color and the familiar freshly cut grass smell we all love, creating the perfect place to spend time outdoors with family and friends.

Spring Applications Start Soon
Quality Care’s team of professionals are ready! Our team has been hard at work all winter long, preparing for our best season yet. We’ve fine-tuned our equipment, strengthened our protocols, and made sure every detail is dialed in for success.
Our technicians have completed in-depth training to stay sharp on the latest product knowledge and the best ways to serve you. We’re raising the bar and putting in the work now to deliver a better experience from start to finish, with results you’ll see all season long.
NEW For The 2026 Season!
Quality Care is implementing service notifications for all lawn application customers. This season you can expect to receive a notification by email or text two days prior to your scheduled lawn application with Quality Care.
What you need to know…
I’ve never received service notifications from Quality Care before; how should I expect to be contacted? Customers who have not received service notifications in the past will be contacted via email. If you would prefer to receive a text message, contact our team and we’ll update your preferences.
If I received service notifications in the past will I still be contacted in the same manner? Yes! If you’ve previously received service notifications from Quality Care via email, text, or phone call, you can expect to receive the same type of notification moving forward.
Do I need to respond to confirm services? No, the service notification is simply a courtesy to provide more information to our customers regarding the schedule. If your scheduled application day doesn’t fit your schedule, let us know and we’ll move it to the next available day.
What happens if my application is rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances? If your lawn technician cannot complete their route for the day or we cannot work at all due to weather, you will be contacted and rescheduled within 24 hours, and then you will receive another service notification two days prior to the rescheduled day.
What if I don’t have an email on file with Quality Care? If you do not have an email on file, you will not receive a notification unless you request to receive one via text rather than through email.
For which services will I receive a notification? Notifications will only be sent for our regular spring, summer, late summer, fall, and organic lawn applications. If you receive add-on services, like perimeter pest, they will continue to be completed alongside your lawn application, even though you won’t receive a separate notification for them. There will also be a link to our customer portal included in the notification which will allow you to view all scheduled services at your property.
Prep for spring!
What should I do before my lawn application?
- Remove all sticks, leaves, and organic matter that accumulated over the winter.
- Pick up pet waste.
- Rake up matted areas to help the turf breathe.
Planning to seed your lawn this year?
Make sure to let us know! Our pre-emergent prevents new seed from germinating, so we’ll switch to a non-pre-emergent spring fertilizer instead.
