Melissa Perry
Production Manager
As one of Quality Care’s Production Managers, Melissa Perry is responsible for the supervision, training and development of crew members, and making sure standards are met with quality control and training. Her role is critical in ensuring that Quality Care’s mowing services run smoothly and meet client expectations. Melissa is passionate about lawn care and believes working outside is a form of therapy. She says, “this is the only job I have ever had where I consistently find myself wishing for more hours in the work day instead of the other way around.”
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys music, art, and spending time with her cats.
